I specialize in founding new product lines, establishing design practices where none exist, and building the operations that let teams scale. Over 15+ years at Amazon and Microsoft, including 5 years in management, I've delivered 4 S-team goals (CEO-level goals), founded design practices 3 times, contributed to 4 design patents, and generated $7.5MM in business value across AI-powered UX, AR, e-commerce, and enterprise systems.
My leadership philosophy is simple: great products come from teams that are clear on the problem, trusted to solve it, and supported to do their best work. Years of craft and cross-cultural collaboration at Microsoft, shipping products across global teams and markets, shaped how I think about design at scale.
