Over 15+ years at Amazon and Microsoft, including 5 years in management, I've delivered 4 S-team goals (CEO-level goals), founded design practices 3 times, contributed to 4 design patents, and generated $7.5MM in business value across AI-powered UX, AR, e-commerce, and enterprise systems.
I love being a Design Manager because it lets me multiply impact through people.
